CHRIS'S MARINE PULLS RABBIT OUT OF HAT


7-9-2016--Yesterday morning I thought I would be off the water for several weeks after my, out of warranty, motor trashed itself.  I dropped the boat off at Chris's Marine and went to lunch.  They called to tell me exactly what I expected  "the motor is trash".  I already had a motor on backorder for early August delivery.  Another call from Chris's informed they could have me running with a new motor before close of business. I picked up the boat with new motor before 5 PM.  In half a day Chris had solved my problem and insured I did not have to cancel today's clients.
Over the years I've come to expect timely, quality service at Chris's.  Still, half a day for a new motor is nothing short of unbelievable.
